Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in salmon processing.
Clean, trim, fillet and package salmon products to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

No formal education required; prior experience in food processing or factory work is a plus.
Basic English communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shift rotations.
