Opus Team AS is a Norwegian-registered temporary staffing agency specializing in personnel leasing services.
Our business history began in 2005. . At the beginning, our operations were limited to work in just one fish factory, but throughout the company’s history our employees have already worked in more than 40 different factories. Our growth has been driven by professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to the highest work standards – from modest beginnings to extensive experience and partnerships with dozens of different production companies across Norway.

Opus Team AS is an official member of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) and a certified employer. The company has been awarded the “Revidert Arbeidsgiver” (Audited Employer) certificate, which confirms that Opus Team AS has undergone an external audit in which key employer procedures and practices were reviewed and evaluated. These include employment contract management, risk assessment, allocation of responsibility for HSE (Health, Environment, Safety) matters, organization of working hours, payment of wages and overtime, as well as sick pay.
