No previous work experience is required. New employees are trained on-site. To apply, you need to fill in the application form, which you can find here, and submit your CV. You may also submit your CV in another way that is convenient for you.
A standard work week in Norway is 37.5 hours. Overtime may be offered depending on production needs.
If you wish, and depending on our possibilities, we can provide you with accommodation.
Each employee is provided with a separate bedroom, while all other rooms are shared. All housing is fully furnished, equipped with internet, and ready for moving in.
Knowledge of Norwegian is not required. The main working language is English, but in some factories Lithuanian or Russian is also sufficient.
Wages are in line with the collective agreement generally applied in the fish industry. In addition, pay may be higher depending on the factory and your length of service there.
You can sign the employment contract with our representatives in Lithuania before departure. If, due to certain circumstances, you cannot do this in Lithuania, the contract will be signed in Norway.
Some factories provide meals for a small fee.
